I was delighted with Audiology First from my first contact, which was the call to make an appointment. The reception was warm, welcoming and friendly. Then meeting Diana was a total pleasure. She is not only a knowledgeable professional, but one who listens, understands, and responds to a patient's needs. Besides all that, she is unfailingly pleasant and a pleasure to talk to. I can't recommend this practice too highly. I encourage anyone with a hearing problem to do themselves a favor and make an appointment.

Dr. Wagner was very professional and helpful at my test. She explained exactly what was wrong and told me truthfully what to expect. She didn't try to sell something I couldn't afford or didn't need. I'm coming back to this office for as long as I can!! Great group of people!!
l live with someone who lives/works with hearing loss. I know the battle of hearing the tv cranked up a few notches every week or two. The constant repetition of words, or phrases and the frustration that proceeds it. My Grandma is amazing, and nothing stops her. She's retained much of her amazing glow through her golden years, but the hearing started to fade. After visiting Diana and finding the right hearing aids for her, no one knows she wears them, and we don't have to fight over the remote anymore. The office is friendly and easy to work with and I definitely recommend them.
I saw Diana today to get my hearing aids program. I was very please with her professionalism and service Diana provide. I did not feel rush and she made sure my setting was correct for me. Diana answers every question I had thoroughly and also educated me on how to use the hearing aids effectively and what to expect.
